Dental Hygienist | Part-Time | $70-$72 hour | Opportunity to go Full-Time by End of Year
We’re hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our modern, patient-focused practice. If you’re a team-oriented RDH who loves providing high-quality care, strong patient education, and practicing to the full extent of your scope, then we want to meet you.
Compensation & Benefits
- $70-72/hour
- Schedule: Mondays 9am-7pm, Wednesdays 10am-6pm, Thursday 10am-6pm, Alternating Saturdays 8am-2pm
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

- What We’re Looking For
- Active WA RDH license
- CPR/BLS certified
- Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar
- Strong communication + teamwork

- Provide preventive and periodontal care
- Deliver strong patient education and oral-systemic health discussions
- Build lasting patient relationships
- Use modern technology, including DentalAI
- Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team

Requirements
Candidates must hold an active Washington State Registered Dental Hygienist license and be CPR/BLS certified. Proficiency in dental software such as Open Dental or Dentrix is required, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.
