- Applies psychological theory and principles regarding behavior and mental processes
- Uses psychological standardized, recognized tools, conducts interviews and makes clinical diagnosis
- Conducts clinical assessments of individuals and groups to develop treatment plans to achieve more effective personal, social and vocational development and adjustment
- Helps students to use their own resources in coping with a problem situation
Requirements
- PhD Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology or equivalent
- Membership in the Ordre des psychologues du Québec
- Experience working with young adults
- Experience with career counselling and psychoeducational programs is an asset
