Key Responsibilities

The pharmacist will perform comprehensive drug screening, processing, and dispensing services within a closed-door long-term care facility. They are responsible for verifying technician orders, maintaining pharmacy security, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active pharmacist license in the state of Utah and be in good standing. A Bachelor of Science or Doctorate of Pharmacy degree is required, with preference given to those with long-term care experience and IV or immunization certifications.
