The Clinic Director will provide direct therapy services while leading clinical operations and mentoring staff to ensure high-quality care. They will also partner with community leadership to implement the EmpowerMe 360 model and drive resident engagement.
Candidates must hold a current professional license in a therapy discipline such as PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP. Previous experience in leadership, mentorship, or managing clinical initiatives is preferred.
