Staff Physical Therapist

Join AICA Orthopedics, P. C as a Staff Physical Therapist in Atlanta, Georgia.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation joint mobilization, therapeutic exercise progressions, functional movement training, manual therapy, and return-to-activity programming.

• Provide vestibular and neurocognitive therapies, gait training, and therapeutic activities for personal injury and post-surgical patients.

• Manage all aspects of a patient's care and personal injury case treatment, documentation, and PI/third-party liability service line knowledge.

• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants at your clinic location, clinically and administratively.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• Active Georgia PT license (or eligibility).

• 1+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred — new graduates with strong clinical rotations considered.

• Personal injury or third-party liability experience a plus; willingness to learn the PI model required.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $130K

• Signing bonus offered.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• No weekends required.
