Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage PI patients across spine and extremity orthopedics — approximately 20 patients per day.

• Coordinate epidurals, facet blocks/MBB’s, SI joint/extremity injections, and RFA procedures. Perform trigger point and major joint injections independently is a plus.

• Order MRIs, CT scans and interpret X-rays.

• Possibility of first assist in OR for orthopedic and spine surgeries.

Requirements

• What we require.

• Spine and/or extremity orthopedics experience — this is the primary gate; generalist PA experience alone is not sufficient.

• Minimum 5 years PA experience is strongly preferred; spine + extremity breadth is the ideal profile.

• Proficiency in evaluating and ordering epidurals, MBB’s, SI joint, RFA, and joint injections/procedures.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $150,000–$200,000 base salary depending on experience

• Signing bonus offered.

• 21 days PTO.
