Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for assessing patient needs and developing individualized recovery plans to restore physical abilities and independence. They provide direct therapy and train both patients and caregivers on skills necessary for productivity and independence.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy curriculum and have initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. A valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license for the state of practice is required.
