Physical Therapist II

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist performs evaluations, develops treatment plans, and implements therapeutic interventions to maximize patient functional independence. They also participate in team rounds, provide patient education, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with department guidelines.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Connecticut State Physical Therapy License and a Bachelor's degree. A minimum of one year of experience, CPR certification, and FIM certification are required.
