Key Responsibilities

• Ensures thorough, quality, up-to-date medical and health documentation for assigned clients.

• Ensures effective, evidence-based therapeutics, including medication prescription for assigned clients.

• Completes psychiatric evaluations and mental status exams in conjunction with documentation standards.

• Completes all required client-related documentation including psychiatric evaluations, mental status exams, lab requests, mental status forms, incident reports, etc.) for all assigned clients in coordination with documentation standards.

Requirements

• Master's or higher degree in nursing science.

• Active and unrestricted PMHNP license in Pennsylvania.

• Eligibility for DEA licensure.

• Current license as a Registered Nurse.

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay rate: $64.00/HR.

• PSLF eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness).
