The Behavior Analyst will lead and support Behavior Technicians to ensure the effective implementation of treatment plans and high-quality care. They are responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments and developing innovative ABA programs tailored to client needs.
Candidates must hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and an active LBA certification in the state of Rhode Island. The role requires the ability to pass a criminal background check, TB test, and pre-employment physical exam.
