We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to lead our hormone and metabolic health programs. You will guide patients from their very first consultation through a personalized treatment plan that may include bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (HRT), peptide therapy, medical weight loss, IV vitamin therapy, and nutraceutical supplementation.

The Role

Aesthetic injection experience is a big plus, as qualified candidates could have the opportunity to provide injectable treatments for our aesthetic patients. This position is 24 to 32 hours per week, with no late nights or weekends required.

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-depth consultations with new patients, reviewing health histories, symptoms, and vitality goals.
• Perform physical exams and order blood draws.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on symptoms and laboratory results. Meet with patients to review their results and recommendations.

Prescribe and manage medications, including controlled substances such as testosterone, in accordance with DEA and Arizona regulations.

Perform pellet insertions for hormone therapy patients.

Maintain accurate, timely charting and medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and state compliance standards.

Requirements

Must-Haves

Licensure

• Active, unrestricted Arizona license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• DEA Registration: Active DEA registration, including prescribing authority for controlled substances.
• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in functional medicine, hormone replacement therapy, and/or medical weight loss.
• Experience managing BHRT, TRT, peptides, and GLP-1 medical weight loss patients (semaglutide, tirzepatide).
• Excellent interpersonal and consultative communication skills, with a genuine passion for patient education.
• Comfortable with EMR/practice management software, LifeFile and detailed clinical documentation.

Strong Advantages

• Aesthetic injecting experience with neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators.
• Functional medicine certification through IFM, A4M, Evexias, or a similar program.

Compensation

Hourly base pay of $60 to $80 per hour, plus bonus opportunities.

Hourly pay depends on experience and licensure.
