Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider manages high-acuity ICU patients and provides rapid response coverage across the hospital to stabilize patients with acute clinical changes. They collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to perform assessments, order diagnostics, and implement evidence-based treatment plans.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid Tennessee license as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. A Master's degree is required, and previous critical care experience is preferred.
