- Base Pay Range $110,000 - $130,000 PLUS bonus & RVU

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services including men's health, family care, and behavioral health. Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver proactive, patient-centered care across all stages of life.
Requirements
Must be a Texas licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Requires strong clinical skills and a positive, collaborative attitude toward patient care.
