FMLA

Requirements

• Education: FNP/Family Nurse Practitioner, APRN, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant/PA
• Spanish speaking skills are preferred but not required
• Licensure: Hold a valid license in the State of Indiana

Current DEA Licensure / Prescriptive Authority Post-hire

• Certification: Nurse Practitioner certification from either the ANCC / AANP or Physician Assistant certification from NCCPA
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Experience: 3+ years of clinical experience as an NP/PA in the primary care setting
• Previous experience working in a Community Health Center is preferred but not required
