Job Requirements
- Active Georgia medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Board Eligible accepted only if currently in residency and boards must be passed before starting
- DEA
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States

Key Responsibilities
Provide adult primary care services including preventive care and chronic disease management in an outpatient setting. Manage patient health needs for adults aged 18 and older on a consistent schedule.
Requirements
Must hold an active Georgia medical license and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. Candidates must possess a valid DEA registration and be authorized to work in the United States.
