Job Description
Location: ANN Arbor, MI
An opportunity to grow your practice, lead, and build toward ownership
We’re looking for an associate who wants more than a traditional associate role. You’ll join a long-running, well-established practice within a growing dental group that remains dentist-owned and dentist-led. We believe dentists should have a meaningful voice in clinical care and the future of the practices they serve.
You’ll have the opportunity to grow your own patient panel, develop your clinical interests, and explore a future that could include clinical leadership and partnership.
We’re looking for someone who values continued learning and is excited about helping shape the future of a growing dental group.
What Makes This Opportunity Different?
- Leadership opportunities. We’re looking for someone who is excited about the possibility of partnership and wants to help build something for the long term. As we grow, there may be opportunities to lead an existing location, help establish a new practice, or pursue ownership opportunities.
- Technology-forward dentistry. If you enjoy incorporating technology into your workflow and exploring ways to improve patient care, efficiency, and the overall patient experience, you’ll feel at home here.
- Flexibility to get started. Our preference is for a full-time associate, but we’re open to starting part-time and building days as needed, with the goal of transitioning to full-time.
- Opportunities across multiple locations. Depending on your interests and the needs of our growing group, there may be opportunities to expand your clinical footprint and practice at more than one location.
- Invest in the kind of dentist you want to become. We want to help you develop your strengths and build your clinical niche. With a continuing education allowance, mentorship from our seasoned dentists, and a culture that supports continued learning, you’ll have opportunities to grow your clinical expertise and bring new skills and services to your patients.
Who We’RE Looking For
- A dentist with at least 3-5 years of clinical experience.
- Someone who is interested in leadership and approaches patient care with an ownership mentality.
- Someone able to step into an existing patient base, while growing the panel through excellent treatment planning, case acceptance and lasting patient relationships.
If you’re looking for a place where you can grow clinically, build a loyal patient base, and explore what the future of practice ownership could look like, we’d love to talk.
