We specialize in comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessment, therapeutic services, and collaborative care across disciplines — and we're growing.

We're looking for a licensed psychologist or neuropsychologist who wants to do meaningful diagnostic work across the lifespan, backed by a team that actually collaborates. Whether you're looking for a full-time home or a part-time role that fits around other commitments, we'll build the schedule around what works for you.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough diagnostic interviews and biopsychosocial histories, and set clear goals for each assessment
• Select and implement test batteries tailored to each client — psychological, neuropsychological, social-emotional, and neurodevelopmental
• Work alongside psychometrists on test administration, ensuring high-quality data collection
• Analyze and interpret assessment data to build individualized, evidence-based recommendations
• Write clear, actionable, client-centered evaluation reports aligned with best practices
• Communicate findings and recommendations directly to clients and families
• Complete insurance, pre-authorization, and records documentation in a timely, professional manner
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development

Optional, if it interests you: provide therapy using modalities like CBT, DBT, or ACT, or support local charter schools with assessments and consultation.

What You Bring

• Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited clinical or school psychology program
• Licensed or license-eligible in Utah (postdoctoral candidates welcome to apply)

Experience across a broad range of diagnoses — autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disorders, intellectual disabilities, neurocognitive conditions, and mood disorders

Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to translate complex data into findings families can actually understand

Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and EHR systems

• Familiarity with special education systems and related services
• Training or experience in ADOS administration - All Modules (we'll provide training if you don't have it yet)
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis and parent consultation

Supervision Hours Available If Needed

• Monthly group trainings and cross-department coordination with speech therapists, clinical therapists, ABA professionals, and medical professionals
