Key Responsibilities

• Assess the nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history.

• Develop and execute individual treatment plans.

• Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress.

• Communicate client updates to all relevant parties.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Mental Health Counseling - Licensure/Certification (LCSW, CSW, LCMHC, ACMHC).

• Previous experience in trauma-focused therapy would be appreciated.

• Previous experience in working with youth and families with developmental disorders like Autism and ADHD.

• Compassionate and caring demeanor.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $62K - $114K
