Key Responsibilities

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will perform face-to-face psychiatric assessments and ongoing visits for adult clients in long-term care facilities. They are also responsible for managing psychiatric medications and educating facility staff to ensure high-quality mental health care.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and hold a valid PMHNP license. Experience in psychiatric and behavioral health services is required, with a strong preference for candidates with long-term care or geriatric experience.
