Speech Language Pathologist Provider, Part Time Days (20/hrs. wk)

Key Responsibilities

The Speech-Language Pathologist provides high-quality direct patient care and manages patient plans of care from initial contact to discharge. They also participate in departmental committees, process improvement initiatives, and clinical education activities.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology and an active Illinois SLP license. Previous outpatient experience and BLS certification from the American Heart Association are required.
