Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth (15 hours or more per week).
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with company policies (assisted by our AI-powered scribe).
Requirements
- Ability to support the Sailor Health team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis (at least 15 hours per week).
- Degree in Clinical Psychology: either Doctor of Psychology (Psy. D.) in Clinical Psychology or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D.) in Clinical Psychology.
- Experience working with older adults strongly preferred.
- Proficient using electronic health records (EHR) and using delivering therapy via telehealth.
