Lead Physician Assistant - Surgical Services

Key Responsibilities

The Lead Physician Assistant will oversee surgical PA staff, coordinate workflows, and provide clinical leadership across multiple surgical specialties. They will also perform direct patient care, including pre-operative assessments, intra-operative assistance, and post-operative management.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree from an accredited PA program, a current New York State PA license, and NCCPA certification. A minimum of 3–5 years of surgical experience and prior leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
