The physical therapist will conduct individualized patient evaluations, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and implement therapy under physician direction. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate clinical documentation and coordinating care within a multidisciplinary team.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or DPT degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA accredited institution and possess a current Massachusetts license. Additionally, BLS certification and experience in adult and geriatric rehabilitation are required.
