Key Responsibilities

• Actively supports, represents, and extends the organization's mission, vision, and values.

• Travels daily to provide community-based services to, and on behalf of, youth and families in compliance with organizational, contract, and regulatory.

Requirements

• Completes all required documentation in a timely manner.

• Completes all required training in a timely manner.

• Consistently achieves established productivity thresholds.

• Coordinate and monitor services for youth and families in the community, including but not limited to, mental health, medical, educational, psychological, vocational, and social services.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $63K

• Signing bonus: $1,000.

• 22 days PTO.
