Key Responsibilities

• Regularly reviews and modifies youth-based plans to assure consistent progress and success on written plan goals.

• Establishes and maintains strong relationship with adolescents, youth and children as well as assigned foster parents and families of origin.

• Assists in family reunification and/or stabilization efforts with the youth’s primary family or other permanent living arrangement consistent with the youth’s case plan.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution.

• LSW or LPC required; LISW LPCC preferred Experience in providing both individual and family therapy preferred Experience working in direct service with youth and families preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $55K - $59K

• 22 days PTO.

• Full-Time position.

• Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.
