Founding Clinic Director

Compensation: $120,000 base + profit sharing from day one
Total compensation potential: $215,000+
Long Term Earning Potential: $195,000 to $230,000+ annually at a mature, high-performing clinic, based on modeled compensation using the financial performance of our established Bay Area locations. Compensation growth is tied to the clinic's profitability and performance. These figures represent potential earnings, not guaranteed compensation.

Competitive Edge Physical Therapy is opening a new clinic in Scottsdale/Greater Phoenix Area and hiring a Founding Clinic Director to lead it.
This is not a traditional clinic director position. It is a chance to launch and grow a clinic inside an established company with proven systems, centralized support, and a serious expansion vision.
You will lead the clinic locally while our team supports the infrastructure behind it with marketing, sales, operations, systems, finance, and strategic guidance.
