Key Responsibilities
Provide oversight and supervision for clinical teams and clients while delivering evidence-based, assent-based ABA therapy. Conduct parent training, analyze behavioral data, and maintain accurate clinical documentation for funding sources.
Requirements
Requires a Master's degree or higher and BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the exam within three months. Candidates must have at least two years of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
