Job Description
What You'll Be Doing
Assesses the circumstances of clients who are Hudson County residents and HIV-positive and arranges an array of services to help them maintain health and functionality; educates clients and other members of the community about HIV; participates in required training and agency development efforts; represents agency as directed by supervisor; attends required meetings; collaborates with medical and other service providers.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in social work related field.
Experience: 2 + years related experience.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Assess the needs of Hudson County residents living with HIV and coordinate services that support their health and daily functioning. Educate clients and the community about HIV, collaborate with medical and other service providers, and participate in agency training, meetings, and representation as directed.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in a social work-related field and at least two years of related experience are required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are expected.
