Hours and Location
This pharmacy serves the local community Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a. m. to 5:00 p. m. and Friday from 8:00 a. m. to 3:30 p. m.
We are located at 229 7th Street, San Francisco, CA 94103.

As a Pharmacist-In-Charge on the Specialty Pharmacy team at Omnicell, you’ll work at the top of your license, contribute to a community’s well-being, and lead the pharmacy team. With autonomy, you’ll drive efficient, effective, and continually improving pharmacy operations while being part of a global organization dedicated to innovation in medication management.
Provide exceptional and personalized patient care and pharmacy consulting services; advise and guide with empathy, confidentiality, and diligence.
Build effective relationships with local physicians and the medical community to ensure accurate and safe dispensing of medication to patients.
Demonstrate business acumen and leadership; own pharmacy operations and embrace continual improvement, learning, and leadership to provide the best possible patient care and empower the pharmacy team’s development.
Stay informed of regulations, retail pharmacy best practices, and specialty disease states such as autoimmune conditions, oncology, Hepatitis C, HIV, and more.
Provide clinical oversight and participate as a committee member as Omnicell leads innovation in medication management and elevates the role of the pharmacist in healthcare.

What You’ll Bring
Basic Qualifications
Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
- Successful completion of the California state pharmacy board examination.
- Pharmacist license current and in good standing in the state of California.
- Up to date on all continuing education requirements as part of pharmacist license maintenance.
- Two (2) years of experience in the practice of pharmacy.
Preferred Qualifications
Two (2) years of experience in pharmacy management.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- This position is moderately active and requires standing, walking, and other movement for the duration of the shift, as well as lifting up to 25 pounds.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
- Ability to distinguish colors and shapes.

- Base Compensation: $160,000.00 to $175,000.00
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as location, education, experience, and skillset. The Pharmacist-in-Charge will lead pharmacy operations, drive efficiency, and ensure the safe and accurate dispensing of medications. They will also provide personalized patient care and build effective relationships with the local medical community.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy degree and a current, good-standing California pharmacist license. A minimum of two years of pharmacy practice experience is required, with pharmacy management experience preferred.
