About the Role

Dr. Glen's Happy Teeth in Long Beach, NY is looking for a talented and passionate General Dentist to join our Award winning practice! Part Time Tuesdays and Wednesdays. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver high-quality dental care in a warm, patient-centered environment where smiles are our business. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients of all ages
• Provide a full range of general dentistry services including fillings, extractions, crowns, implants some endo (preferred) and preventive care
• Deliver patient education on oral hygiene, treatment options, and preventive dental health
• Interpret dental X-rays and diagnostic imaging to assess patient needs
• Collaborate with dental assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Identify and refer complex cases to appropriate dental specialists as needed

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited program
• Active New York State dental license in good standing
• Current DEA registration and CPR/BLS certification
• Experience with general dentistry procedures including restorative, cosmetic, and preventive care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented dental practice
• Experience with dental practice management software (Dentrix) is a plus
