What You'll Do
- Perform occupational therapy evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Improve patient independence and safety
- Assess ADLs and functional limitations
- Educate caregivers and patients
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
What You'll Need
- Active Florida OT License
- Home health experience preferred
- HCHB experience preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning skills

Key Responsibilities
The Occupational Therapist will perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence and safety. They will also educate caregivers and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active Florida Occupational Therapist license. Previous experience in home health and HCHB is preferred.
