Key Responsibilities

The pharmacist is responsible for reviewing medication orders, conducting clinical interventions with medical staff, and overseeing the dispensing of medications. They also participate in patient care teams, monitor medication safety, and contribute to departmental quality improvement efforts.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or Pharm D and possess a valid Massachusetts Pharmacy license. At least one year of hospital pharmacy experience is preferred.
