Key Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner provides psychiatric nursing services, including medication evaluation, prescribing, and monitoring for members of the Assertive Community Treatment Team. They are responsible for clinical assessments, treatment planning, and coordinating medical services while maintaining accurate patient documentation.
Requirements
Candidates must be a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Master's degree in Nursing and at least one year of experience working with severely mentally ill adults. A valid driver's license and insurance are required for community-based travel.
