Job Description

About the Practice

Aesthetic Dentistry of East Greenbush is a well-established cosmetic and family dental practice built on a simple philosophy: prevention and attention to detail. Dr. Jim Reynolds has stepped in to lead the next chapter, bringing fresh energy while keeping the same patient-first values that built this practice. It's a genuinely exciting time to join: a loyal, established patient base, a strong foundation, and a new chapter just getting started.

Why Join Our Team

  • An established, loyal patient base with great patients and strong day-one demand
  • A true partner on site: Dr. Jim Reynolds, a great general dentist who values collaboration
  • Room to practice at the top of your license: implants, molar endodontics, oral surgery, and more
  • Modern technology and streamlined workflows that keep your day running smoothly
  • Full clinical and administrative support, so you can focus on dentistry, not paperwork
  • A flexible schedule you build around your life, with the choice of days that work best for you
  • A positive, collaborative, team-first culture where you're genuinely valued, not just scheduled

Where You'll Practice

East Greenbush sits just east of Albany, right in the heart of New York's Capital Region — close enough for an easy commute into Albany, Troy, or Schenectady, but with the feel of a true hometown community.

Picture rolling hills, the Taconic Mountains on the horizon, community parks with summer concerts, and a friendly, small-town pace that doesn't sacrifice access to city culture, shopping, and outdoor recreation. It's the kind of place people plant roots — affordable, welcoming, and easy to love.

Position Summary

We're looking for a skilled, motivated General Dentist who loves expanded-function dentistry and wants to put it to work. This role is a few days a week, with the flexibility to choose from our Monday through Thursday schedule — ideal if you want meaningful, hands-on clinical work and real work-life balance.

You'll join a very supportive, collaborative office with wonderful patients and a great general dentist on site to partner with in Dr. Jim Reynolds. Come help us build what's next.

  • Partner with Dr. Reynolds on treatment planning, case collaboration, and continuity of care

Clinical Support & Compliance

  • Strong treatment-planning ability, sound clinical judgment, and excellent communication skills
  • Genuine commitment to patient-centered care

Preferred

  • IV sedation certification or permit — an exciting bonus, but not required
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for partnering with an established, supportive team
