Speech Language Pathologist - Speech Therapy - PT - Day

Key Responsibilities

The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for evaluating cognitive communication and swallowing functions to develop and implement goal-oriented treatment plans for acute care patients. They also collaborate with the healthcare team, document patient progress, and provide education to patients, families, and students.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an ASHA-approved program and hold or be eligible for a Speech-Language Pathologist license in Kansas. A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is required, along with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
