Join YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City as a Y Clubhouse Counselor, YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City is looking for great candidates to join our Y Clubhouse team at three locations in the Oklahoma City Housing Authority communities. The Y Clubhouse provides after school and summer programming for school age kids.

Key Responsibilities

• Builds and maintain a positive environment for all students.

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children.

• Maintain attendance records.

• Implement and execute lesson plans for scheduled program times, which include provisions for safe program opportunities and student’s ages and ability differences.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older.

• Interest in working with children and youth, exercising sound emotional maturity, moral character, judgement, integrity and leadership capability.

• Safety certifications and required trainings upon hire in accordance with required standards.

Work Schedule

• Part-Time position.
