Key Responsibilities

• relating to the treatment and security of the residence and residents while following establish protocols and procedures approved by NJAC and the NJ Department of Corrections.

• The main responsibility of a clinical social worker is to oversee the screening of medical records, conduct interviews and assessments and approve set treatment goals.

• He/she shall have primary responsibility for assisting with the coordination of all psychosocial services under the general direction of the Clinical Program Director.

Requirements

• Provide in-service presentations to staff as needed or required.

• Perform short term counseling and crisis intervention as necessary.

• Review and evaluate recent psychosocial health research and interpret it to professionals and clients.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $114K - $124K
