Tweeten Care Center is looking for a full-time Social Worker to join the team! If you are looking for a rewarding work environment in healthcare this position might be perfect for you!
What You Will Work
- Full-time: 36 hours/week
- Monday-Friday, Day shifts
- Holiday rotation
- Location: Spring Grove, MN
What You Will Do
Social Workers provide assessment, planning, consulting, education and referral services to Gundersen Health System residents and family members.
Act as consultants and leaders in comprehensive care throughout the system, while supporting organizational strategies and goals.

What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or in a related field
- MN Social Worker license is required before starting employment

Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field. A valid Minnesota Social Worker license is required prior to the start of employment.
