Key Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to patients according to physician's plan of care and as defined in the state Physical Therapy Practice Act.

Assess and evaluate therapeutic, rehabilitative/functional status to develop, implement and direct physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation.

Evaluate the patient’s home environment, assess patients for muscle strength, mobility, gait, ROM potential for rehab.

Direct patients and families/caregivers in the use and care of therapeutic appliances.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree in the relevant discipline and a current Physical Therapy license in the state of practice. Proficiency in computer use and excellent clinical and interpersonal skills are required.
