Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive initial and ongoing rehab assessments in IPR, focusing on ADLs, mobility, cognition, and discharge readiness.

• Administer GG scoring (Section GG) for IPR patients per CMS guidelines (e. g., GG0130: Eating, GG0170: Sitting to Standing).

• Use standardized assessments (e. g., MoCA, MMT, FIM) and evidence-based interventions to maximize recovery. 2. Treatment Planning & Implementation:

• High-intensity ADL retraining (dressing, bathing, toileting).

Requirements

• Education: Master’s/Doctorate in OT (ACOTE-accredited).

• Licensure: Current state OT license; NBCOT certification.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• On-site position.
