Key Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, evidence-based primary care to residents in skilled nursing and senior living facilities while mentoring Advanced Practice Providers. Serve as a clinical leader to drive quality outcomes, ensure regulatory compliance, and advocate for patient needs.

Requirements

Must hold an MD or DO degree and be board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine. Requires an active, unrestricted medical license and DEA license, along with the ability to travel to assigned facilities.
