The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing interventions directly in patients' homes. They are responsible for assessing patient abilities, educating caregivers, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to improve patient outcomes.
Candidates must hold a current Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license and possess at least one year of clinical experience. Afternoon availability is required for this position.
