Partner with inside sales representatives on high-value outbound/inbound virtual customer interactions, delivering consultative technical support and overcoming clinical hurdles.
Provide agile, real-time technical answers and clinical context to empower inside sales reps to drive brand conversion and loyalty.
2. Virtual Customer Education & Engagement
Deliver engaging, high-impact virtual lunch-and-learns, CE webinars, staff training sessions, and product presentations to veterinary hospital staff, practice managers, and veterinarians.
Master virtual engagement tools and presentation techniques to create compelling, interactive digital learning environments.
Support pre-launch, launch, and post-launch technical campaigns for new and existing Elanco product lines within the inside sales footprint.
3. Medical Acumen & Training
Maintain an advanced level of technical proficiency and scientific literacy regarding Elanco products, competitor profiles, emerging veterinary trends, and peer-reviewed literature.
Partner with Pet Health Training Managers to design and deliver technical training modules that enhance the clinical acumen of inside sales specialists.
Uphold strict regulatory, medical, and ethical standards across all commercial interactions (with limited, process-directed triage for adverse event and product performance inquiries).
