As part of the region’s largest health system, you will join a collaborative therapy team dedicated to delivering evidence‑based, patient‑centered care in a seven‑day‑a‑week environment. This role operates within an interdisciplinary setting that values communication, safety, and high‑quality care.
In this role, you will collect and assess patient data using evidence‑based methods, develop individualized plans of care, and implement treatments while coordinating with patients, families, and the care team.
