Pharmacist / PRN

Key Responsibilities

The pharmacist evaluates physician medication orders for appropriateness and collaborates with the healthcare team to provide clinical support. They also maintain patient databases and ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory policies regarding drug procurement and safety.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, with a PharmD preferred. At least one year of experience in long-term care is required.
