Job Description
- Clinical Team Lead Outpatient Orthopedics & Sports
- Virginia Beach, VA | Part-Time or Full-Time | Leadership Opportunity
- Help us build the kind of physical therapy practice you've always wanted to work in.

We're an independently owned, multidisciplinary practice and Postural Restoration Certified Center in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Our clinical focus includes orthopedic, spine, sports, and movement-related rehabilitation. We believe great physical therapy requires thoughtful assessment, individualized treatment, objective reassessment, and strong relationships.
What Makes This Opportunity Different

- Clinical standards, training, and consistency
- PT and Care Team workflows
- Mentorship and onboarding of clinicians
- Patient engagement, continuity, and retention
- Documentation and operational improvements
- AI integrations
- Hiring, interviewing, and team development
