Physical Therapist - Pelvic Health at Providence Seaside Hospital - Part-Time Benefited, Day Schedule

Nestled between the Pacific Ocean and the Coast Mountain Range, Providence Seaside Hospital is the heart of Providence's north coast service area.

Providence Seaside Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital with full accreditation by the Joint Commission that offers primary and specialty care, birth center with family suites, general surgery, rehabilitation, radiology, diagnostic imaging, pathology and emergency medicine 24 hrs./7 days-a-week.

Our Rehab Department fosters a collaborative and patient-centered environment. Our focus on patient experience and best practices, combined with strong connections to our regional rehab partners, contributes to a high standard of care and positive outcomes for our patients.

The Physical Therapist manages and provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account the individual patient special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with the individual functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree - From an accredited Physical Therapy Program or,
  • Master's Degree - From an accredited Physical Therapy Program or,
  • D.P.T. - From an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
  • Coursework/Training - Occasionally a position will require specialized physical therapy training to meet a particular department need.
  • Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire.
  • License in states wherever care is delivered
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Occasionally a position will require specialized physical therapy experience to meet a particular department need.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
