Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will design, implement, and maintain behavior support plans while conducting functional behavior assessments. They are also responsible for providing ongoing training and support to direct service professionals and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a BCBA certification and have at least 3 years of experience in designing and implementing behavior support plans. A master's degree in a related field is preferred, and the role requires the ability to travel for in-home visitations.
