The Clinical Lead Supervisor (CLS) is a vital clinical leader who plays a meaningful role in supporting and mentoring our center-based BCBAs while elevating the quality of care, strengthening team engagement, and contributing to the growth and success of the center.

Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Lead Supervisor manages a small caseload of clients while providing mentorship and clinical leadership to center-based BCBAs. They are responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment programs, and ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes through staff coaching and quality assurance.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification and an Illinois Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential. A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading, managing, or mentoring RBTs and clinical teams is required.
