Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Lead Supervisor manages a small caseload of clients while providing mentorship and clinical leadership to center-based BCBAs. Requirements
Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification and an Illinois Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential. A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading, managing, or mentoring RBTs and clinical teams is required.
