Join Interim HealthCare of East Tennessee as a Physical Therapist – Part-Time, Home Health in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide home
  • based physical therapy to patients who have lost mobility, strength and functionality due to an illness or injury
  • Work as part of a home health team which may include an RN, LPN, CNA, HHA, OT and SLP, focused on the patient’s plan of care and goals
  • Observe movements, conduct assessments, document progress and modify care plan as needed
